Teaching upper body positioning is one of the main priorities I focus on when new clients come to pose with me.
In my very first session with new clients I Focus on the main poses (front, side & back) as well as teach them exercises to bring more awareness to their upper body to enhance their muscularity and symmetry.
Featured in my photos is one week between our first and second session with bikini Model Caitlin. In our first session together I gave Caitlin exercises to help her execute her back pose with the handsdown keeping her back open. The photos demonstrate the result of hard work and dedication to posing practice in between sessions!
As I always say to my clients in our sessions – I give you the pieces of the puzzle but it is up to you to put them together outside of the sessions and practice exercises you learnt with me and incorporate that with listening to all the personalised instructional videos we take throughout our posing session together.
